Nayanoir uses trusted delivery partners for shipping. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight, and delivery type of your orders.
We ensure to ship orders within 24 hours, with most orders shipping the same business day when placed before 2 PM IST. Delivery time for Fast Flat-Rate Shipping is 6–10 business days nationwide.
Nayanoir will not be shipping on Holi, Diwali, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Eve & Day, and other national holidays such as Republic Day and Independence Day. All orders will be processed on the next business day.
If there is a shipping error by Nayanoir and the package is returned, it can be re-shipped or refunded with no additional charges or deductions.
Nayanoir retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests and bulk orders over ₹10,000 that require special shipping or pallet orders. Customers will be contacted prior to shipment if such a situation arises.
